These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Goti Internet and the subscriber (“User”) for the provision of broadband internet services (“Services”). By using our broadband internet services, the User agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.
Service Provision:
- The Provider will supply the User with broadband internet services as per the selected plan.
- The User acknowledges that the quality and speed of the internet connection may vary based on factors beyond the Provider’s control, such as network congestion and hardware limitations.
Payment:
- The User agrees to pay the subscription fee as per the chosen plan. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
- In case of late payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services.
Billing:
- Invoicing will be done on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
- The User is responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Usage:
- The User agrees to use the Services solely for personal or business use, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Provider reserves the right to monitor and manage network traffic to ensure fair usage and quality of service.
Equipment:
- Any equipment provided by the Provider remains the property of the Provider and must be returned upon termination of the Services.
- The User is responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment due to negligence or misuse.
Termination:
- Either party may terminate the Services with prior written notice.
- The User is responsible for any outstanding fees at the time of termination.
Data Privacy:
- The Provider will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- The User’s usage data may be collected for network management and improvement purposes.
Liability:
- The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
- The User is responsible for ensuring the security of their network and devices.
Indemnification:
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the User’s use of the Services.
Changes to Terms:
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms with prior notice. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cyber Security ACT(CSA), 2023,Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
By using our broadband internet services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
